Pain in left side lower abdomen while movement and if pressed.what can be the reason for this.Is it an issue to worry

Healthy and no other conditions except for Vitamin D level of 5.5. The problem started when I skipped my meals or not eating healthy and irregular timings in lockdown. It started with a feeling of emptiness (as if there is cold air stuck in the area where we usually feel acidity heartburn). Even after meals, I felt as if something empty inside (similar to when hungry). However there was no acidity pain or obvious gas symptoms. 2-3 weeks later, I started experiencing mild heartburn mostly when empty stomach, and 45-60 mins post meals, I get excessive gas (bloating mostly) which will last 2-3 hours. There was also slight shortness of breath especially in semi-lying position (e.g. slouching in couch), not sure if that's related to this, as it goes away in 3-4 days. After 2 days of above gas symptoms, I started Ranidom (Omeprazole 10 and Domperidone 15), for around 60 days now. Its helping the symptoms. Should I continue this (how long?) or anything serious to go for check up ? Thanks!

Getting stomach pain,normal free motion,eating small quantity feeling heavy. More pain early mng,normal pain in day time. What might be reasons not continously days getting some days gone again some days.

For past few days, I feel stomach is full all the time. Bloating and sour (unpleasant) mouth. What concerns me is the dizziness accompanied with it. I feel that I'll loose my balance and fall unconscious. Thankfully nothing has happened yet. Pl guide me

I'll get stomach pain if I have solid food not extreme pain but light pain will be there if I have only smoothies and soups my stomach doesn't hurt wats the reason and I have burping problem also

I am in medication of pulmonary tuberculosis (not MDR tb) for last 10 days. My liver function test was normal before starting the medication. Yesterday I went for another lft test and the result is like SGPT : 145 and SGOT : 91. Now what should I do?

Suffering from discomfort in chest from last 1 year. Was diagnosed with hpylori 15 days back and took HP pantacid kit for 10 days. Still no relief. Always feel heavy in chest and unable to burp and fart even. Seems like gas is trapped. Taking very balanced diet still. I am so pissed off with this now.
