I'm diagnosed with lax les and chronic gastritis induced by h.pylori. Im taking pantocid hp kit for two days and I'm already experiencing severe heartburn and chest tightness. It's so severe that I'm not able to lie down or sleep. These symptoms appeared only after taking pantocid hp .can you tell me what to do??

I was diagnosed with pylori last to last month and face several issues with it. Finally getting diagnosed I was given 14 days therapy of antibiotics and PPI and later one month treatment of PPI after completing this treatment yet I have symptoms like cramp in abdomen and constant burping and especially when I workout of do any activities by burping increases more. My doctor did not test me again to confirm that I had irradicated h pylori. When I personally asked him that I want to be sure that I am not having h pylori anymore he replied that you don't need any further treatment and that u have irradicated h pylori and when I stressed more in getting my endoscopy done once again he replied u don't need any therapy anymore even if h pylori is there it won't show any symptoms untill a year atleast m worried i don't want to have same symptoms again. Should I get my endoscopy done Or are these symptoms normal for post antibiotics treatment Please respond

While checking lFT my sgpt level showing 120 and sgot 70 showing.billirubin is 2. 15 years back I had hepatitis and taken 2 years to become normal. Occasion I taken drinks and weekly once take chicken items.Daily 4 tea with sugar will take.Excerise is not regular ,but daily walks 2 km in the morning. If I stop the above food habits ,can I reduce these levels.

Hello sir I am suffering from constipation from last 1 month, it is feeling like blocking someting when i go to motion.i was used a tonic for 2 days but not more than that.still problem was not cleared  and the stomach is feeling tight with gas.Which medicine can i use and how many days? When i tested my LFT the serum bilurubin was 1.3mg and direct bilurubin 0.2mg. Is it normal range . Im using sucral syrup and adliv forte tablets.now now it is cleared discomfort in stomach. But can i use any syrup for constipatiom also along with these medicines.Please help me with the problem sir

Hello Doctors , A gall stone surgery ( laproscopic) was done on 11/07/2021 ,she was released from hospital on 13/07/2021 ) . Last 3 days at home she was fine but today morning suddenly she felt an extreme gas pressure at her lowar chest and back position for 1 hour , then again at noon same problem . In the evening it was extreme like she was out of control due to this pain and we took her to nearby clinic . Right now there is no gastroenterologist an the clinic . What may be the cause behind this ? Is is something serious . Please help
