From past 15days my diet has changed like earlier don't used to eat jawar roti only rice,now both roti chapati and rice ,but I am feeling so much needle like pain in stomach oftenly,and also always feel motion sensation and motion also will come with painful stomach ache.please suggest any solution

I have noticed blood in my stool on last few days. I see fresh blood while popping and also suffering from pain in rectal area. It occurs only when potty is hard. Please advise how to overcome from this situation

Hlo doctor I am a hypochondriac and went to do endoscopy to give peace to my mind I have nothing as ultrasound blood test were normal but idk how it showed erosive pan gastritis and multiple erosion seen in fundus and stomach How is it possible I have no acidity symptoms at all no pain nothing I am tensed from last 1.2 year is it because of that? A gastronologist said if you will have simple acidity and do a endoscopy of that person it will show pan gastritis it is that common is he right? Please reply

I have been diagnosed with antral gastritis. n I have been taking h pylori kit from past 20 days. It is not helping me much. From yesterday I have got Thorat pain and it's like choking me. It could be due to excessive belching I guess. Idk what's happening with me anymore. I have sooo much of anxiety and panic attacks. It's hurting me. I am getting growling sounds in my stomach from last 1 week and have some indigestion problems and bloating after my last periods. Any Home remedies to stop them instantly.? This growling sound is so embracing when I'm in a group as it is loud. Is bloating before and after periods common ?
