Is taking pantop injection safe? As pan d and cyra d didn't work for chest burn, burps and discomfort due to acidity

I am belching and after eating just feeling a little warm sensation in stomach after eating spicy food these are symtoms of gastritis so please tell me some medications

Hello , 30 yrs old NCPF non alcoholic patient have 23 cm spleen and spleen causing pain while walking now. Fibroscan 5.1 recent done. Wight 51 kg. Height 5'7. Patient feeling pain regular around spleen. Should I remove spleen or do I have any other options before removal. I need help to understand lifestyle , risk factor after removal surgery. Thank you!!

Since 3 months I'm having burning sensation in stomach. Tried everything but everything works temporarily. As soon as i leave medicine it starts again. Since few days it has become extreme empty stomach and even after eating. I have also lost 7-8 kgs unintended weight in last few months.

I'm a patient of Chrons disease and under treatment with Pentasa for last four years. I have been advised to taper the dose. Last two months, I was taking 1gm Pentasa twice daily. As health is normal, Please advise if it can be reduced to 1 gm daily now before stopping completely and observe.
