Hello Sir,
Since 2 days, my Bellybutton smells foul and yesterday i tried cleaning with cotton stick and it started to bleed. There's no pain but this concerns me

Hello, I am Dr. Charles from Chennai. I will be able to help you. I think you have a small umblical abscess or umblical sinus which has hair in it. You will need a CT abdomen with sinogram to confirm diagnosis and to rule out any intra abdomen connection. After it gets confirmed, you will need to get it operated and times you will need to remove the umblicus if it is involved.
