Pain around bellybutton
Frequent abdomen pain around bellybutton once in a month. It started with vomiting and lost for 3days .after 3days it the pain reliefs.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its a vague occurence and nothing to be done about it. Just have your meals on time. Instead of 3 huge meals, have 5 smaller meals a day.  Drink plenty of fluids.  Avoid oily and spicy foods.  Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Hi..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals.....
