Having Diarrhea with loose motion since yesterday night and vomitting also. Whatever food or liquid goes in comes out shortly

I have had bloating and mild stomach ache 15 days ago. I was preascribed antibiotics and pain killers. I got relieved from bloating but I still feel little discomfort on left side of my stomach. Sometimes it radiates to the back. It's extremely mild.

Passing bright yellow watery stools from a month. I was under antibiotics medication for 15 days post that this problem has occured. Please help.

Respected Doctors, My age is 32 and since last 7 days i am feeling constipated and i am not having proper laterine at my regular time. Now i need to give a lot pressure and then also sometimes i fail for stool passing..if in stool succeed that will be in very less quantity and that too once in 2 day. Also i am having sugar and bp and i am tsking medication gluxitm5/500 and stamlo 5mg. Once i took castor oil tablet at night at that midnight i went to stool and it less solid and more of liquid...stomach is not paining..ehat should i do...is it something serious...
