Can chronic constipation cured completely. After a period of medicines or should take life long medicines.

I've been suffering from hyperacidity for many years now. Off late, when the acidity is too much, my chest feels tight and left arm has a mild pain. Once the gas get released after taking medication, there's no pain. Also did an ECG and Ecocardiogram, everything is normal. The chest and left arm pain is a little alarming. Why am I only getting pain in my left arm due to acidity, is there any logical explanation to that. Please advice.

Black stool once in 15 days (not like tary)...change in bowel habits..3 times in a day bowel moments..last 5 month I have done fobt 3 seperate time in one week all report are negative...my ultrasound abdomen is normal... hemoglobin 12.9.... CEA 2.1 and ca 19.9 is 6.2 My father diagnosed colon cancer at age 40 And my mother diagnosed IBS MIXED since childhood.. Local gastroenterology says I have IBS ....he says fobt negetive there no need colonoscopy Kya mujhey colon cancer hey yeah ibs

I have had pain in LLQ since a month now and after taking some medication for colitis, I had irregular bowel movements after which I was asked to undergo colonoscopy. I have the colonoscopy report but I am unable to figure what abnormal haustral pattern and compromised distensibility mean. Please help me figuring out? ( Attached colonoscopy report)

Sudden Stomach pain , last month gone through treatment of h pylori infection. ,taken antibiotics for 15 days. But sudden stomach pain start today. Last day I have eaten outside unhealthy food ( 3piece samosha).

My blood report shows increased levels of calcium and albumin. I am taking actapro bd and econorm bd for Dysbiosys. Is it due to medicines or should I be concerned about it. Thanks for any help

Hi doctor I have grade 1 fatty liver. My liver enzyme bilrubin total -1.66, bilrubin direct- 0.38, bilrubin indirect- 1.28.Sgot- 21, Alt (sgpt)- 28. I am concern about my bilrubin total. Please suggest wat should I do. How I can bring bilrubin level to normal range. I attach my liver enzyme report.

It's been 6 days since I took my second dose of covishield, I had lower stomach pain during 3rd and 4th day which turned into stomach pain around all region like upper stomach(below left rib) sometimes, sometimes middle of stomach, left or right region of belly sometimes. It looks like gas pain, and it increases if I eat little late and decreases after eating and later again comes up after few hours of eating. I took one dose of nexpro 40 d and left relieved for couple of hours and after eating within 2 hours I again got the same feeling in belly. I'm very confused. Past 4 days I'm facing this discomfort in my belly. Kindly suggest what to do.
