Vomiting tendency after eating , brushing time and feel pain in the right side of abdomen , some watery fluid in thorat all the time ..

My son is 2.9 yrs old. He is having diaherra for 5 days. His stool is currently in dark brown colour and semi liquid form. What treatment or remedies available?

I feel like something is stuck in my throat all the time and that urge to burp is there too. My husband is having gastric issues from past 2 days. He has been taking gastric medicine - pantadoc. Today he had loose motion for around 9 times. We have given him lose motion medicine and he is fine now but gastric problems and burps still exists. I have gave him lose motion medicine in the morning, can I give him the gastric Medicine again in the afternoon after lunch ?
