Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, I smoke and Drink daily 4months back i had LFT as general checkup so found that my GGT level was 107 and ALT/ SGPT 61 and ALP normal 75. I usually drink black RUM daily and getting vey dark brown poops from last 1 week. Is it normal? Or do i have any major liver damage? Also when i took This test in morning a day before i had some drinks, So is it possible due to alcohol consumption last night before test can increase GGT and SGPT/ALT? Also i am feeling pain in middle and right abdomen while bending and pulling diaphragm in!?

Hi Doctor, i got vaccinated in last week, on 2nd day, i felt unwell and had vomiting sensation, for that i took paracetamol, from 3rd day i don't feel any side effects but from 7th day onwards i feel continuous vomit feeling and sometimes headache which seems to be sinus related (I have sinus growth and allergic) but no other gastric issues...could you help with solution

I have been suffering from symptoms like gastritis since 2 weeks now. I started taking neksium 40 .. which relived me but still am not fully recovered. I take neksium in morning at 7.30 1 tablet everyday. But by evening again my stomach starts to hurt and I get sometime watery stools and weekness and sleepiness and no energy at all . Every time I eat am scared of this pain in stomach and visiting the toilet many times. Please help me with the exact correct treatment pls.I don't have any fever. Just a constant annoying feeling in upper stomach. And pain and many times toilet. I have also reduced by coffee intake to just 1. Please help

Hi I recently went for routine healthchkup which included LFT KFT Lipid. My SGOT is 98 and SGPT is 150 . Lipid and KFT test are fine. Can you suggest medicine or any diet modifications I need to get these levels under control Regards
