Hi my father have problem of not able to eat properly as he feels vomiting so did endoscopic and also he lost weight of 9 kgs with in 3 months.

2 weeks back, I tripped on a chain (tied to block the road) and fell on the ground with direct impact to my stomach. I got up and was dizzy and weak for a few seconds and felt like i couldn't walk. At home, i saw my stomach area was slightly red but i felt fine. The next day onward, i had severe body pain, stomach muscle pain and arm pain (after stomach there was impact on my right hand). I thought it would get better after a few days rest, but it didn't so i went to a GP. She examined my stomach and said it is not severe and will get better on its own. She prescribed painkillers and medicine for internal bruising. It is better now but something still feels off. Discomfort has not gone away completely and stomach feels like it's bloated. Upper belly fat seems to have suddenly increased and feels like it's filled with water. What specialist should i visit for this?

My father is 62 years old and diagnosed with chronic nonspecific colitis. We are heading towards his operation. His biopsy reports have come benign twice in biopsy ... But the doctors are still saying that it cab be malignancy... We are confused...we would be grateful to have some guidence over the matter that after comming twice as benign in biopsy can it be malignant?.. Hi, I get excessive flatulence everyday especially during evenings and night for some years. It has no odor but is loud. Stomach will rumble sometimes. Complete blood work is normal and faecal calprotectin is negative. Stool consistency will either be loose or constipated. And undigested food like seeds or leafy vegetables is seen sometimes. No deficiencies . Able to sleep well and no fatigue or weight loss. Is any other invasive test needed? Also, could you  please give  any suggestions such as probiotics for excessive gas? Thank you

From last two months I am having Constipations and less apatite, I burp alot sometimes one burp starts a cycle and I burp like 15 20 times after that continuesly, need gain weight, I am loosing weight unintentionally.
