My father is 62 years old and diagnosed with chronic nonspecific colitis. We are heading towards his operation. His biopsy reports have come benign twice in biopsy ... But the doctors are still saying that it cab be malignancy... We are confused...we would be grateful to have some guidence over the matter that after comming twice as benign in biopsy can it be malignant?.. And what kind of operation should we go for polypectomy/laparoscopic surgery.. Kindly guide us ... Thank you 🙏

Hi, I get excessive flatulence everyday especially during evenings and night for some years. It has no odor but is loud. Stomach will rumble sometimes. Complete blood work is normal and faecal calprotectin is negative. Stool consistency will either be loose or constipated. And undigested food like seeds or leafy vegetables is seen sometimes. No deficiencies . Able to sleep well and no fatigue or weight loss. Is any other invasive test needed? Also, could you  please give  any suggestions such as probiotics for excessive gas? Thank you

From last two months I am having Constipations and less apatite, I burp alot sometimes one burp starts a cycle and I burp like 15 20 times after that continuesly, need gain weight, I am loosing weight unintentionally.
