I took digene syrup yesterday night for acid reflux. I think the quantity was quite too much. Today early morning l had diarrhea yellow color. I took an injection and tablet. Now at the evening the diarrhea was in black color. Is there anything serious?

I am attaching my lft report here doctor is saying it's just normal swelling and gave intralive ud 300 and liv.52 syrup, other issues i have is small amount of spleen swelling and any one help me to understand what actually happened, coz when I search about medicine it's scary results

I am on Neopride from 3 months. How do I wean it off? After 5 days of stopping it I feel bad nausea. I have lax les on endoscopy, which doctors say is not much lax.
