Hii my friend has a small hiatus hernia one of his endoscopy dr said there is no need of surgery and we have a procedure called anti reflux mucosectomy which can remove ur hernia by lazer and ur symtoms may go away, he has symtoms like chest pain breathing issues because of haitus hernia can any let us know if this anti reflux mucosectomy endo scopic procedure is worth doing....

I was diagnosed with GERD & ACID RELUX, I feel chest heaviness, gastric sensation in chest, short of breath, ectopics and a kind of pinch in chest or near heart after which I feel like non energetic I had all the tests and examinations done at Asian Gastroenterology, Hyderabad and they prescribed DELTON60 & NEXITOPLUS in 2017 I felt good for almost 1 year and again the same thing happened although I continued the same medicine Then I was prescribed Nexpro RD40 & placida then again I felt good for some time. Again it started, it will be more after breakfast and will be very high if iam driving vehicle, Is there any solution for this

Hello Doctors, I am diagnosed with PVT , my liver size 16.7 cm and Spleen 13.2 cm. I have advised to take warfarin 5mg daily. I was taking properly but somehow I have not taken for a week. Does it will create some issues to my condition? Please Advise
