The reports are blurred...but from what I understand there is some change in liver texture nd some bowel loops in umbilical area .
Bowel loops are usually present around umbilical area.
Liver shows slight change in echotexture...but size is normal...so I would suggest get a liver function test done.
Meanwhile will need more information about symptoms nd all.
Rest assured it's not a very bad sonography
