Stomach Problems & Remedies

Feeling tired, and my head's spinning. Vomiting sensation and have acidity. However i dont have fever. What should i do?

My weight was 36kg and i started gym to gain weight and started to eat more than usual and gained 5 kg but after few days whenever i eat food i start to feel vomit while eating and not able to eat resulting in weight loss i got depressed why this is happening to me. Then someone suggested me mashroomex powder i took it for 3 months which showed extremely positive result and i gained 12 kgs but when i stopped taking mashroomex powder same thing happened again feeling vomit while eating and loose all the weight i have gained. Please help me 🙏

Today i noticed blood in my stool. It was attached to one end of a stool piece. I am attaching the picture for clearity. Please help i am really worried as blood in stool could be something series. Also i have some digestion issues especially when my stomach is empty it is very discomfiting. After eating discomfort disappears. What is it? Please help

From last 2 days i am having abdominal pain in upper center part of stomach. The pain is such that it increases sharply after eating anything or even drinking water for sometime. Also pain increase with body position. Suppose i am lying on back and then turn left or right it increases very sharply and slowly becomes mild. I have taken pantocid and gastrodac tablets but no major releif. Stool is blackish .

Hello , I have detected with 2small internal piles is it nessesary to operate or it will go in its own .as sometimes i get problem while stool (no bleeding) just slight discomfort.

I am using cremaffin plus from last one year and I was reducing the intake depends on the situation. But if I stop it completely my stools become very hard and fissure pops up again . Please suggest the way to stop taking cremaffin plus and is there any side affects of using this for this long period ?
