I loss my weight 6 kg in last 7 months,I am getting 2 episode of abdominal cramping and now a days i see blood in stool..what it should be because I am worried about weight loss.

Liver size in Normal, slightly reduced homogenous parenchymal echotexure all over. No focal lesion and portal vein measures are normal. Gall bladder is small, contracted and wall is thickened. Biliary Tree : CBD and intrahepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Visible part of pancreas appears normal. Spleen is normal and echotexture is uniform. Kidneys, Urinary bladder and prostate appears normal. How can It interpreted based on these USG result?
