Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am on a controlled diet for about two months due to piles, taking mostly veg items ( with one egg daily). Recently I have been feeling weakness and dizziness and losing weight. My height is 156cm, weight 58kg. Please give me some suggestions.

I have been having gastritis &reflux since 1.5 years. Ruled out H Pylori and Celiac d/t history of difficulty gaining weight. I try as far as I canto have a diet that won't increase the symptoms. Courses of PPIs tried on doctors' consultations haven'thelped. I just want to ask if oats with dry fruits, pineapple, apple could cause reflux because I had that for breakfast  since it was almond milk yogurt supposedly but hadreflux after that in minutes, usually doesn't happen after similar breakfasts. I'm preparing for NEET-PG and dependant on tiffin services so it is difficult to have a strict diet but morning breakfasts of yogurt /oats /egg don't cause much trouble. Just wish to know if low fat milk with oats can be an option i rely on. Becomes VERY difficult to manage meals because of the long list of dietary restrictions advised so far including whole milk, cornflakes, citrus fruits, bread, regular Indian snacks, curd (but not buttermilk). Will be consulting someone again now.

I cannot digest any spicy/oily food. Eating these immediately cause feeling of full stomach & no hunger, frequent burping and burning sensation in stomach. Even the homemade spicy food (like curry, fries) which others can easily enjoy is an onset of this indigestion problem for me, let alone food from outside. Why am I having such digestive issues at such an young age?

I have been feeling  nausea and vomiting for one month and I have also gas problem since 2020. I do my LFT then SGPT is showing 70 and SGOT 46. What is the cause for increment in SGPT level. Can It be a FLD? I never take alcohols. Kindly Suggests what I do to reduce the sgpt level.

I have gone through spine surgery 10 days back from that day onwards only once i passed stool that also after taking enema ,now i am taking cremafin syruf but no use.still i have constipation and stomach is paining.

Whenever I poop their is sharp pain at the bottom last part of butt hole and after sometime it gets normal but while and after pooping it hurts a lot from last 2 days , pain is increasing day by day what should I do and under which category this problem come ?

I have been having green stools and diarrhea since 4 days ago. My abdomen region is tender and it hurts alot when I touch it.

Can Amoebiasis cause inflammation?? Can it be cured?? If yes than how many days will it take to be cured?? Can it cause pus cells in stool??

Hi Doctor my wife is breast feeding woman has continuous motion from morning, motion is like solid only but little stomache pain,kindly suggest some medications or any syrup as she was feeding my 4 months son
