Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am facing trouble gaining any weight. I'm currently 48 Kgs. I have been this weight for atleast the last 4-5 years. I have tried eating a lot (Healthy only). I even tracked my caloric intake, which was at some point around 2500 calories. But still I was not gaining any weight. Besides, I have some other problems too. I am constantly feeling cold. I can't have fan or AC. Very often, like once every two months I'm constipated or having diarrhea. I thought these might have some effect ony weight gain problem. Please suggest any medications or tests that I need to take. Thanks.

The ultrasound (regular checkup) showed that i have grade 2 fatty liver. However, my LFT is absolutely normal with AST at 29, ALT at 31, Gamma GT at 35. Is it possible that the operator misjudged the grade or is it possible to have fatty liver grade 2 with absolutely perfect LFT?

Hi, I past I had enlarged liver and abdominal pain and was advised to take vitamin e and bilypsa. Recently I underwent kub ct for kidney in report it was mentioned multiple calcified granulomas in right lobe. My doctor said it is due to previous injury nothing to be worried. Can it be resolved by medicine or will it go by it own, sometimes once in a while I feel very little pain in my right side of my abdomen.

I was detected with fatty liver grade 3 in my gall bladder stone operation in sep 2021. I was advised to consult again after doing test. Please let me know what tests to be done for fatty liver before consulting doctor. Thanks Prasoon
