*CURRENT PROBLEMS: Since 3 months having Mild Constant pain/feeling of pressure on right abdomen just below right ribs and around the waist. Also having constant bloating(feeling like stomach is under pressure all the time).All problems increase with sitting and make sitting extremely uncomfortable. *STARTING: All these digestive issues started 5 months ago after I took antacids and PPIs for 2-3 weeks for suspected Heartburn after a consultation. Got constipated in this period and acid reflux actually started. Now I think I never had Heartburn/regurgitation but the chest pain was just due to low vitamin d levels. After that had another consultation and took rifaximin antibiotic for SIBO along with pre and probiotics for 10 days, didn't help either. *BONE PAIN: Tailbone pain started 2 years ago which increased over time. Got vitamin d levels tested 2 months ago at 24ng/mL and took 10000iu/week vitamin d for 2 months(till now). Pain has decreased.

I was diagnosed with IBD last month. I want to get my colonoscopy biopsy slide reviewed in another lab for second opinion. Is there any chance of misdiagnosis or is it helpful to get second opinion on biopsy report? I have attached my current biopsy report.

My digestion is not good. Having foul loosy stools. Especially when eat some food. If I consume milk directly. Then this digestion issue continue for a week or something. So in a month most days i have this problem. How to make the digestion proper and how to know which all food not good for my stomach? Any particular tests ?

Hey doctor i m having ibs from past one year but now i m feeling gassy after meals and in the morning and my blood test shows high lymphocytes and my liver test showing high globulin and high alkaline phosphatase and my b vitamin d3 is also very low is this cause for concern?

I am bp and sugar patient and used medicines. From yesterday evening my chest centertight standerdely. Rarely free and regulate left side and again to center. 1 year back also suffered as same. 6 months back cardiology check up done. I am gastic patient also rarely suffered heavily. presently chest center tightnes and gastic. No other changes. Kindly suggest temporary relief. Thank you.

Yesterday my mom had loose motions and today she is not getting motion or urine also..gave medication as per the practo doctor advise. My subscription is still on for next days for chatting and there is no response from the doc..please assist..

Hello, Could someone help me with the treatment for constant Loose motion? My wife had this problem for last 4 days. She was even admitted to the hospital for 2 days but there was no improvement. Is there anyway someone could assist me with how do I tackle this situation? Can't seem to figure this out. It would be great if someone could let me know what to do.
