Very tight stool and difficult passing
Hi , I am on Medrol(16mg) tablet along with Antibiotics  for around 10 days .though it ws as slight constipation buy now today its very very tight and unable to pass stool.Do we hqve any over the counter medicine which I can take??

Constipation is best treated by Diet rich in fiber ie abundant fruits salads, regular exercise, plenty of water However till these measures start working you can take cremaffin plus 2 TSF twice daily, dose may be adjusted as per stool consistency
