Hi my mother had sever stomach pain and neause so scan was done which shows enlarged liver 15.4 cms and increased echopattern, is it something to worry or medication can heal this

Doctor, am facing Upper Abdomen Pain for a few days. Pain starts in an area below right ribs, stomach bloating, Pain radiating to backside and centre of rib bone, feel full on small meal, discomfort in stomach and body after eating and feel kind of Feverish all the time. Also a crushing upper Abdomen Pain while lying down and sleeping at night. Performed ultrasound of Abdomen and attaching the report. Kindly advise
