Hello just need to verify that are those piles in the report . As i am unable to feel them i am using cream from last few weeks but still the sensation is same so. Please can anyone tell me its piles or something else

I am having fissure at 6 o clock position. Pain is on and off.. I am also taking laxative.. When I pass stole initially I pass little hard stool and later soft stool. I am not understanding why that happens. Can anyone suggest what can be done? I am having this fissure problem from past 1 and half months..
