Stomach Problems & Remedies

I work in a MNC since 3 years where my shift is 5 pm to 3 am. From last month, I'm having acidic reflux after lunch or dinner. I tried antacids and other home remedies, but not able to cure it. The acidity gets very high mostly after 1-1.30 am as well as in the afternoon, after lunch. The throat feels very inflammable and I keep getting acidic burps. Whatever I eat, it leads to acidity after few hours. Help. Thanks.

Found small ulcers in endoscopy.. doctor prescribed nexpro L tablets for one month,but after one month also I'm using same tablets for past 4 months ..can I use nexpro L this long? If I'm not took next again burning, acids Stars . please suggest. Any side effects using nexpro L tablets for long time.

Sir/ma'am I am suffering from very embarrassing issue. I have noticed that from past few days (10-12 days) my stool is having white color fluid /mucus type in it. It's very easily visible and generally comes when I eat lots of carbohydrates (i ate fruits only for a day and it was not visible next morning) My stool is normal, no problem in passing or shape. No other symptom Kindly guide 🙏

I'm burping since today's lunch, not that much but recurrently. It happens everyday from 10 days. No heartburn like acidity. Some water only come to my gorge while burping. is this because of indigestion? Why this kind of indigestion cause? Because of over acid production or because of low acid production? also I hear stomach noises in mornings before toilet. My stools are also little bit loose like, with yellow color. Doctor gave me some probiotics. I used 10 to 13 days of antibiotics also for other reason. Is this happening because of antibiotics, because Antibiotics can kill good bacterias also?

If anyone of the family suffering from Amoebiasis will it be transfered to the other peoples also???

Actually I have done an USG abdomen/pelvis/small parts and it was written that my gall bladder is partially distended. A calculus of size 9mm noted in the neck of gall bladder. Also I don't have any pain in my chest so do I need surgery or it can be cured by medication. And what kind of food shall I take and being a person from northeast I'm staying in chennai for studies.. the food is totally different here so if you can suggest me so food that I should take it avoid it would be greatful. In my ultrasound report it was written I have a gall bladder stone but I have no pains so do I need any surgery at medication for it...

Since 1 year I have noticed change in my bowel movement . After drinking even small amount of water I feel bloated and can hear it in my stomach.i suffer from bloating every day . What can be the reason?

I have gas problem. Frequently I'm passing gas. Some time I feel nausea. LFT shows sgpt- 103 ,sgot-53 other value is within normal range and USG abdomen, Fatty liver and 3.7mm calculus in left kidney. HBsag & anti HCV is negative. I have no suger & Bp. Is this (sgpt &sgot) receivable? Which specialist is best for further management (gastroenterologist or hepatologist) Kindly Suggests.
