I was having slight pain since last night but today there is pain in upper abdomen then hari hari vomited 2 times in the evening Dr. has given antacid and pain medicine after that once thin lettering is done what to do now i more what to say

If constipated next day my eyes are redness and pain .before 6 month I take colonoscopy .result inflamed rectum& caecum  .

I am facing trouble gaining any weight. I'm currently 48 Kgs. I have been this weight for atleast the last 4-5 years. I have tried eating a lot (Healthy only). I even tracked my caloric intake, which was at some point around 2500 calories. But still I was not gaining any weight. Besides, I have some other problems too. I am constantly feeling cold. I can't have fan or AC. Very often, like once every two months I'm constipated or having diarrhea. I thought these might have some effect ony weight gain problem. Please suggest any medications or tests that I need to take. Thanks.

The ultrasound (regular checkup) showed that i have grade 2 fatty liver. However, my LFT is absolutely normal with AST at 29, ALT at 31, Gamma GT at 35. Is it possible that the operator misjudged the grade or is it possible to have fatty liver grade 2 with absolutely perfect LFT?
