Bloating & Indigestion
I used to have great digestion. But for a treatment I had taken steroids on and off for around 1.5 years. Post this my digestion has become poor. I get frequent bloating and indigestion.
Last year in May I contracted covid and post treatment my digestion has become extremely bad. Almost daily I get either acidity or bloating. Off the counter drugs - PanD and gelusil/eno provide temporary relief but the problem comes back. Even if I eat home cooked food there is still discomfort.
