Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have taken every PPI as a single molecule also with prokinetic,but problem remains same. At night,after eating dinner,I sleep atleast 3 hour later. But in the early morning,I woke up due breathing problem.Drink plenty of water,then acid water or some food particles comes out from my mouth.Then everything will be alright. Please help me from this situation.

I had a protein shake which was kept outside for few hours which probably went bad by evening. I'm feeling indigestion, acidity, weakness and not feeling like eating food much. Already had Ranitidine before food and Oflox OZ after since 3 days now.

Last month i was having a bit difficultly with my bowel pass ,needed to give more strain,i took ayurvedic medicine and it became fine. 2 days back again i had same problem ,sometime i need to apply strain just to pass few bowel and also shape is been changed.attaching pic Sometime i feel my stomach is full. I am facing problem of motion immediately after breakfast. And the motion is completely normal. I have this issue since 10 years.

E.coli is G- bacteria and is present in our intestine, then why isn't it causing any disease in a normal body?

Pain rises sharply and release after 5 to 6 seconds just below the right side ribs on after eating. Right side back numbness also. Please suggest me whom to be consultant

One year before I was suffering from loose motion 3-4 times a day I was diagnosed with amoebiasis and took medication for it and the problem got  cured ,but since then often I experience semi loose and sticky stool but the frequency is normal one in a day please suggest what to do
