I am seeing some red stuff in my rectum some red thing come out when I put pressure while defecation It doesn't hurt but I think it's not normal

Yes I am suspecting it as an internal hemorrhoids as its painless, it may be anything else. Its hard to differentiate with out examination. Hemorrhoids are nothing but a dilated veins of your rectum. It often cause painless bleeding. You have noticed it early if there is no bleeding. There are many treatment ways. You need to consult a surgeon for that. Stay healthy.
