My stomach becomes very tight and bloatedt when i miss a meal or when i eat daliya, oats.what can be the reason

Stomach pain,blood comes 3 to 4 times per day from stool and without stool..feeling weakness .back pain.

Hi madem I get fever from this Monday and cured by yesterday (tue),and my toilet also very yellow colour changed and sometimes I feelied pain also but I didn't get bathroom from Monday to tillnow and white mucus very lightly coming please solve my problem madem

I am taking medicine as attached in prescription below My medicine are over can i take these medicine for my continuous burping problem Sucrafil Sucral -0

Yesterday morning my stool was normal but at night 1 piece of stool came with 5 6 dry pieces of black rounds. I am farting a lot . I had stomach pain day before yesterday. But not yesterday and now also no pain. When I studied in online it has been mentioned stool with mixed black blob  means cancer. But I feel hungry. I haven't vomit. My weight got increased by 2 kg.

I'm having burning sensation after passing stool..I went for laser surgery 2 days back. Is it normal ? What medicine should I take to get rid of it.

Pain in left arm it feels like something heavy I lifted yesterday it started from today morning ...right in the shoulder joint .. and one thing I have observed sometimes I get night fall at that morning my left side of the chest pains for few minutes after I wake up the pain goes away sometimes ... and one more thing when every I get tense I feel like vomiting....I just wanted to know with whom should I consult gastro or cardiologists ...
