Having constipation for past one month...(pebbles bowel movement) if i don't take stool softener i do have bowel movement everyday but after food i feel my stomach tightness especially in night or afternoon and this affects and gives me pain in my butt...(rectum)a pressure like want to have bowel movement I want know what could be the reason
