High sgpt sgot bilirubin
Sir / ma'am I had my routine yearly test done today by my company for general fitness, I found that my sgot sgpt Billrubin is high. I have no symptoms and have attached all report for your reference. Kindly let me know what is the cure/ disease. How should I lower it? Thanks

Since these little rise in the SGOT SGPT levels have not caused any symptoms, it seems to be due to some dietary changes on the day prior to which these tests were done.

Have healthy food, with low fat intake. eat more fibrous and protein containing food.

If any symptoms appear like vomiting or decreased appetite etc. repeat the test after consulting the doctor

Jyada nahi hai.....No medicine needed....just make sure you eat healthy food and avoid excessive oily and fatty food.
