Stomach Problems & Remedies

I recently did my full body test and i was diagnosed with urine infection also in LFT my direct billirubin is 0.57h and total is 1.12h ..indirect was within the limits. I have allergy whenever i eat any oily food or outside food. I wanted to ask is this is due to irregularities in liver  or due to urine infection ... Please suggest which specialist to consult.

My age is 70 years. I have bloating and gas problem from many years. Empty stomach bloating (Dakar) occurs non stop. I took allopathy, ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine but no result found.vat problem creates pain in many parts of the body. Hello I have undergone a surgery that removes the abscess from the perianal area. After two months again the abscess is coming after consulting with my surgeon she's suggested to again perform the surgery for fistulomy. I don't want to do the surgery again so I shifted to ayurveda Doc told me to do mri again.he said fistula is increased and need to be treated. He suggested leech therapy and provided some ayurvedic medicines. I have heard of kashar sutra but he said it's not required.leeech therapy will remove abscess and provide good tissue and problem will be solved I am confused could someone please help me or advise me Attaching my mri report. I had hepatitis a but i recovered a month back , i started gymming and all and started taking protein also but even though liver results are alright i am still having gastro issues like burping and bloating . Minor abdominal pain also . I have sever anxiety I am scared what if its IBD or something like that

I have been taking pantaprazole and domperidone tablets for past 3 weeks. They help with my ibs and night time urination frequency. Can such medicines be taken long term? I have ibs for many years now and been taking probiotics as well

I had having stomach pain in both my right and left upper abdomen. Sometimes lower abdomen also. Black stool with mushy texture. Not proper appetitite. Headache also and sometimes pain in chest areas , fingers and toes. This all started when I accidentaly had a scoop of fake whey protein a month ago. I stopped consuming it immediately. I also did blood test two times both times shows slight liver problem. But a significant elevation in P- Lcr, Pdw and MPV. Also not energetic like before. My stool ph. Is 6 and semi formed and bit yellowish. Pus cells 2-4 other things were normal. Cysts or other things like red blood cells were not seen. Bacteria was written plus. What does it indicate? Do i have any infection? My age is 37 female. Pl suggest.
