Fissure shit smell

I have fissure from last three years. Pain is not much. But used to have shit smell (not foul smell) Its sheet smell. Though I used to clean very carefully. Acidity problem

Dear Doctor...good evening. I have bouts of acidity which subsides when I take prescribed by doctor Rablet 20. However it recurs after 10 days. I eat normal home made food and sometimes outside in good restaurants. My height is 5.7 and weight 70 kg.I walk in the morning, do yoga etc. Smoke also but 5-6 or max 7.
