Fissure shit smell

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have fissure from last three years. Pain is not much. But used to have shit smell (not foul smell) Its sheet smell. Though I used to clean very carefully. Whatever time spend on cleaning, shit smell continues. From last few months foul smell also started. Frustrated as I already visited 3-4 doctors from last 3yrs.

I think you should go some deep.whether you are suffering from constipation or not.Because if there r fissures u must be having constipation.so treat that first everything else will start settle down after this.also this
