I am an active runner and I usually run 4 to 5 kms per day. On Saturday I ran 13 kms and I was absolutely fit. on Sunday I felt gas like sensation in lower left of my abdomen and I ignored. Since today morning I am feeling mild pain in left lower abdominal area and I am a bit worried.

hey, don't worry it will subside , don't increase coverage suddenly ,increase it gradually, due to over stress to body , there may be slight metabolic disturbances ,have tender coconut
