Burning and acidic sensation in upper stomach. Feeling nausea, urge to vomit. Feeling hungry evn after a meal and sensation continuous. Getting problem frm last 10 days.

hello there. suggest you to get your self checked up by a physician. avoid having heavy meals, have smaller meals. avoid oily and spicy foods. drink lots of water. don't sleep immediately after food. let there be atleast 2 hours gap after you eat to sleep. practice yoga and meditation as stress is also a known cause of hyperacidity. for further help consult a physician. regards
