Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from piles and while discharging wastes it is a bit painfull.when i apply water on the anus then pain is at extreme level sometimes.previouslt it was bleeding also but secretion of blood is very less. plz suggest what to do.

Having burning sensation and slight pains at times on either side of stomach and below the ribcage. Anything I eat I have this problem. Lower back pain too near the abdomen.

Having heart burning sensation and pain in the upper stomach between the rip and stomach. Took somparaz tablets. Feeling Depressed more Not able to sleep when there is no pain also. My mother is dibetic and suffering of peptic ulcer doctor in my home town recommended surgery. Also had problem of critenine which is under control. Also had a history of blood pressure. What would you suggest whether we must go for surgery or treat with medicine only. Was hospitalised and intake the medicine for curing ulcer however not yet cured.
