Digestion problem, acidity ,headache , all of this issues are not certain ,most of the issue are related to stomach.

Hi Doctor, I m just 24 year old, had medical history of duodenal ulcer, treated for 3 months n it has been cured, But however, some time i feel the pain, if i eat any spicy or junk food, n have serious constipation problem also Could any body please suggest what to do in this condition???

I am B12 deficient, doctor has suggested to take b12 shots initially 7 in alternative days, later 1 per month after taking 7 shots I was feeling good. And doctor has also suggested not to consume alcohol, but with my friends force I consumed alcohol, now all symptoms ( like tingling, dizzyness etc. ) are back, what to do now ? should i take 7 shots again ? Hello i having frequent bowel movement 3 to 4 time a day and heart burn in morning and having piles and fissure. I have constipation problem.
