Hello there. I can understand your concern. Not just medicines, you need to take care of your diet as well. Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Drink lots of water. Do not sleep immediately after food and you should let there be atleast 2-3 hours gap. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Restrict your salt intake. Avoid smoking/alcohol/tea/coffee and other carbonated beverages. Sleep with your head slightly raised. Cap. Pan-L once a day half an hour before food for 15 days and then stop. If it still persists, you need to undergo further evaluation. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Repeated hyperacidity and GERD are most common symptoms of gastric carcinoma or improper medications. Consult any oncologist and good gastroenterologist urgently. Oncologist should be consulted for ruling out any possibilities of gastric carcinoma. Maintain good oral hygiene. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid spicy foods and fried foods. Avoid diary products. Consult me in private for comment on medications. Donot panic by hearing about possible gastric carcinoma. It is just an awareneess about your present condition. Donot be late.
