Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am getting stomach pain from 4 days but its happen some time continue.after that it got alright.. but after some time occuerd again what should i do

Please look at the attachment and guide me with best possible solutions.She is suffering from liver problem and urine infection.Please look at the reports for your information.

Hi doctor I am suffering with stomach pain and motions since yesterday night stomach pains and I had took flagyl 400mg and loparmid tab but stomach pains really bad Since last two days eat outside fast food might be food poisoning.

I have problem while pooping. Most of the times i am constipated.i poop thrice or twice in a week. And i always feel when i poop the anus is not cleaned. With the use of gloves i need to clean it.which becomes a difficult task i have to spend hours in the bathroom. Please suggest what is to be done and the reason for it being so.

Had laparoscopic cholecystectomy one month back. I will generally have to pass stools twice or even thrice in the morning. Have noticed that while the color of the first stool is normal, second time stool passed after having food is whitish. There will be a gap of just 15 or 20 minutes between food intake and stool passed for the second time. Have also checked liver profile recently and found that bilirubin is 1.1, marginally high due to elevated indirect bilirubin and ALT is 66. I am having appetite and there doesn't seem to be any digestion problem. Taking Enzar Forte once daily in the night after food. Should this be a concern for me? Also diagnosed with chronic gastritis in endoscopy before laparoscopic cholecystectomy and is taking Pan D in the morning before food.

My father is feeling very weak and he is having gastric trouble. He is not able to eat or drink anything properly. His urine is also reddish yellow in colour. Can you please give me any solution for this problem sir?

I hv acidity problem nd becomes severe during travelling...my tounge gets bitter taste nd a feeling of food stuck into throat...nw a days..i hv minor right side chest pain with same back pain also..bt after eating some medicine (meftas Spas) recommended by doctor..i get rid of chest pain..bt still i hv vomit up feeling...can i get rid of this problem by completing course of (Pantosec D) of 20 days

I had been diagnosed with ulcer in stomach   1.5year back and took medicine and it got healed. Ever since whenever I take a heavy meal there is constant pain near heart. I did 2d echo tmt and all were normal. Don't know what is the root cause of it. My job requires mostly working on PC. My BMI is normal
