Bcoz of constipation i am having repeated episodes of fissure i am fed up plz tell me what should i do

Hi Doctor, Few days back I had loose motion and to avoid that I took Norflox and then I started suffering from constipation with itching in the Anus... I consulted a doctors and he gave me some medicine including an ointment to apply on my Anus... Now the constipation is gone but I am still experiencing itching while excreting and for sometime after that... Can this be a symptom of Piles... I have no bleeding in stool and no pain.... But I am really worried....

There is always a feeling of vomiting whenever i am drinking water for the last few days..and there is mild constipation since i am drinking less water for this reason...

Chronic tummy problems with some mucous in stools; deworming 3 day course helped somewhat sometimes heartburn, etc

I have Hiccups problem , It's so much loud and it's after lunch dinner or having water . Can you suggest me what I can do best or whether should i go for treatment .

Hello, I have a problem with stools I have to go every day for at least 3-5 times, many a times its semi solid once I have to go I have to go I cannot hold it, and my stomach also pains until I don't go... basically it starts paining before I have to go or pass gas. I have had this problem for years. lately its causing me more problem at my work and its embarrassing for me when I keep going 3-4 times after I reach work. One of my major problem is even if I wake up early I don't have to pass stool until I get to work and even if I have; I always have to go to again once I reach work.

Suffering with piles. No bleeding. I used to go toilet 2 to 3 times. Little itching. Sometime little pain when sitting position. No continuous pain. Kindly suggest any medicine. Fear abut surgery. Advise Diet. i am pure vegetarian.
