Severe fissure and piles problem,leading to cuts and bleeding,what should be done for it,any diet which will help.

Daily morning I have to go to motion twice . When i go to motion for the first time I know that the motion is not complete but still it doesn't empty even after I sit for sometime..so after 1hour or so again I go for motion..then I completely empty my bowel...in morning its taking up considerable time ..what to do ??

4 years ago I first saw blood in my toilet. Later got to know its internal Piles. After taking several different types of medicines from reknowned dispensaries n hospitals for 2 years, nothing really helped as disease used come back after 1 or 2 months everytime. Then I got to know about one clinic in Rohini that uses Infrared Coagulation technique to cure piles. I did that too in December 2015 to Jan 2016 as it requires 3 sittings. It stopped blood for around 6 months. But now blood again came up with greater impact. I seriously dont know what exactly to do with my life as along with this I 'm dealing with other diseases as well. Please help PLEASE for a permanent fix to this disease.

I have been suffering from bloating since the past 8 months. Occasionally constipation and diarrhoea. I feel heaviness in the upper abdomen. I think it should be irritable bowel syndrome. Can someone please suggest me what do I do to overcome this?

Since ten years my brother is suffering from indigestion after consulting a gastro entrologist in hyderabad . he gave an assurance that it would cure in a 2 or 3 months if he uses a medicine called sompraz d20mg capsule but it dindnt cure till 10 years eventhough using it continuously ,taking 1 capsule every morning. can you give me a proper advise for the permenant cure or should he continue the same capsules.if he uses this capsule continuously there may arise any problem?

She is having pain in upper and lower stomach for last 4 days. Whole abdomen ultrasound shows gal bladder is normal distended. The wall appear normal. No obvious mass lesson is seen. Multiple small 4-5 cm calculi are seen in the lumen. CBD is not dilated and measures 4.7mm Impression: cholelithiasia Please advise

From last 3 weeks I am feeling a pain in right upper side of stomach below rib cage whiling sitting. I feel this pain I bend/sit for a while. From last one week I am also having a acidity problem. While touching the area not able to identify but that area is seems to be swelled as compared to upper left stomach. I am also having a bit fatty tummy.
