Gall stones with diabetes needs surgery as chances of complication are very high. Now a days, asymptomatic gall stones also needs surgery as the complications like cholecystitis , pancreatitis and cbd obstruction are dangerous

Hi.... Gallstones that do not cause symptoms do not require treatment..... gallstones can sometimes be dissolved with drugs, such as bile acids , taken by mouth. Such a drug, taken two or three times daily, can dissolve tiny stones in 6 months.... If gallstones causes recurring episodes of pain, your doctor may recommend surgical removal of the gallbladder....
