Hello..... Hepatitis A is not fatal disease ... Recurrence is seen in this case but not fatal... The virus spreads by the fecal–oral route, and infections often occur in conditions of poor sanitation and overcrowding,There is no specific treatment for hepatitis A. Recovery from symptoms following infection may be slow and may take several weeks or months.
