Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have internal hammerroids (piles) from 4 years, I have tried everything be it alleopathy or homeopathy or ayurveda. I need to know whether can I get habitual of this as m fed up. Also does Piles lead to cancer?

Heaviness in stomach and stomach look like quite swollen but ultrasound reports showed nothing. Heaviness still continues, weakness persist and problem in breathing also. After eating directly going to toilet. there is no report of diabetes and BP also. Please give me suggestion in this regard.

Sir, today I received my husband blood reports, in that Alanine transaminase is 147 and aspartate aminotransferase is 103 and Bilirubin total is 3.37. kindly suggest me is this is serious and medication required immediately?

Sir Feeling uneasy & little pain in stomach due to formation of gas since one & half year. Gas releases from top bottom with sound. Sometimes sever pain in the stomach and upper abdominal pain. This is getting relieved after taking a tablet & antacid syrup. Presently, I am using SAMPRAZ-l in the morning with empty stomach for the last 8 months.But still There is no much relief. In the night I am taking MUCAINE Syrup of 5 ml before bed, then only there is relief in the night. Otherwise uneasiness will continue. ENDOSCOPY is also done. No ulcers. There is no problem & everything is normal. I am Diabatic and using SEMI-EMRYAL -0.5 mg after breakfast. This simple gastric problem. Pl show suggest me a appropriate medicine.

From last 30 days my stomach is upset. Sometime 2-3 days it is ok and again next day it gets upset,Loose motions. Earlier my digestion was really good and never had such problem

I am getting pain in stomach with acidity. I am going for frequent urine immediately after 30 minutes of drinking water. Full of joint pains at knees, Hand Joints and back pain at bottom, Neck pain also there. Urine also having foam while pissing. Daily three time going for tools. Hi I am a regular alcohol drinker and drink about 180 ml on daily basis for past more than 25 years now. In my past 3 pathological reports spanning over last one year , I have been consistently observing high SGOT (Around 55IU/l) , high SGPT (Around 71) and high Bilurubin (around 0.23 mg/dl) . In addition to this I also have high uric acid Serum (around 7.8) . Further there's consistently low RBC count ( Erythrocytes low around 3.7) with high MCV and MCH. However my Glycated Hb is within permissible range. Also to add, I also have been takIng a High BP controlling medicine (Repace H-1/2 tab ) for past 15 years now. Is my liver functioning highly deranged ? What does high Esonophils and low RBC indicate ? Any issue with my bone marrow ? Pls suggest. Leaving alcohol completely is not possible for me , while I am trying to brings own my daily intake to 120ml.
