Indigestion ,gas,and unwillingness to eat food,feeling lazy,only want to sleep Two times passing stool in a day

Hello Sir, This is second time in last 1 year I am suffering from jaundice. I don't drink alcohol.my total bilirubin is 2.2. Feeling pain in below right chest sometimes.

Used to drink n smoke regularly. About 200 ml a week n 5 CIG per day. Have now stopped since the last 2 months just to improve my health. From last 2 days I am feeling slight pain like a needle pinching in middle right side of abdomen for few seconds 2 to 3 times. Got my full body checkup about 5 month ago n everything was fine just my liver was a little enlarged.

Problem in digestive system. After eating feels stomach upset, heaviness, gas, slight pain. Frequent stooling in small quantity, alternative diarrhoea - constipation, feel tired & sleepy after meals, heavy eyes, weakness, problem persists from last 7 months. Also suffering from skin allergy- ekzema, itching. Imp- during tests- infection comes in my liver. ALT 86 U/L (NORMAL less than 50) Please prescribe me solution for curing my problems from root. Problem mainly occurs after eating fried,spicy & heavy food.

Past a few days I'm having mild stomach ache always. even I'm not able 2 eat and sometimes I vomiting even I drink water. My family members r saying tat I'm having ulcers

I feel pulsating in abdomin and causes bloating and cramps. I feel worried and i think a lot unable to fall sleep due to thoughts and bloating. Please help, i always think so much and worry why it doesn't cure even after 3 years of medicine and tests.

I am suffering with lose motion since 1.5 months and daily 2 or 3 motions . Some time a transparent skin type material comes from my stool. And the stool is lose but it is heavy . It doesn't float. But the skin type material came 3 to four time.. stomach pains and motion feels.

From last 20-25 days I am having severe constipation. Problem is only 5-10% stomach gets empty. All day I am having gas and feeling uneasy. Pain in heart and back, not able to breath properly because of pain. I work for around 12 hours sitting at one place without much movement. Few days I took kayam churan but no use. Last week I went to general physician and he gave me Gerbisa tablets but again it was not much helpful hardly 5-10% stomach gets empty. Situation is that I have stopped eating regular meals and just eating fruits. Please suggest me if there is any solution. Thank you.
