  4. Blood with soft stool. Remediation plz.

Blood with soft stool
I am seeing blood in my stool for around 2 weeks now. Though the blood amount is not huge but it is very fearing for me. Also sometimes the stool that I pass becomes excessively soft than normal. Kindly suggest for remediation plzz.

Hello there...... I went through your query.. Add fiber to your diet increases the weight of... your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals.. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day
