I have constipation since last 1 month, i have tried some ayurvedik capsules but can't get expected result, what should I do ??

Hi! My Total Bilirubin is 1.3, Direct is 0.89, Indirect is 0.49. I also get slight swelling in both my feet (below knees & close to ankle) every day in the evening. I have been taking feburic daily for last 2 years even though my Uric acid level is stabilised to 3.5 since more than a year. Is both of my problems, Bilirubin & Swelling related? Kindly advice. Do I need to consult a General Physician or a Urologist or a Gastroentrologist? Kindly advice.

Hi, I am unable to poop since 3 days now and whenever i go to the bathroom poop is unable to come out. Do i need to immediately consult a physician?

My problem is i have pain during bowel movements. For every 3 to 4 months my stool comes with blood and pain. After that my anus hole area become little harder.

Hello doctor, i have external piles so i took himalaya pilex 2 tablet 2 time, after 14 days of taking tablets piles size increase two fold. I am afraid now and dont know what to do. As i have listen that these pilex tablet dont do side effect, but to me these are doing opposite effect, so i want to know is these tablet really increasing my problem or it is recovering process? i should continue it or stop it, if i stop then which medicine i take for piles? I get sharp pain in right side of stomach that remains for 4-5 seconds... But it is that sharp that i get unable to breath in those 4-5 seconds. I hv gone through labour recently(in April) is it any after effect or something else. Pls suggest.

I have regular pain in abdomen both side... I got blood test and in my report showing: 1. SGOT value is- 60.9, u/i 2. SGPT value is -88.3, u/i 3. Alkaline phosphate value is -179.6, u/i 4. GGT value is 187.7, u/i Is there any worry about that or serious thing
