Stomach Problems & Remedies

Feeling nauseated since an hour . Feel like I'm phobic to vomit at the same time I have stomach ache. Kindly help .

I'm 27 year old, I'm feeling pain on both side of my stomach, in my ultrasound report it shows echogenic foci of size 7mm in gall bladder and echogenic foci of 3.4mm in upper pole caylx of right kideny. I'm feeling pain on both side of my stomach. Is it a matter of worry or I can avoid this?

I had my dinner in office ( poori ) after that pain in my stomach started at that night I had taken digene and meftal spas but early morning I had vomiting and till 10 AM I was feeling ok. I had my lunch and taken metal spas again and since laterine was not proper so at night I had sporlac now everything is fine but pain in stomach is still there I don't know why yesterday I had Norflux TZ today also there is minor pain in stomach ..what it is ? I feel irritation in my esophagus throughout the day and also feel heaviness in my stomach. I feel like belching all the time and get relieved for next 10-15 minutes after belching. Most of the time, food refluxes back during belching (the undigested food). At times, I feel nauseous after eating food and get to puke. Acidity and heartburn is very common for me. I feel difficulty in digesting even the peels of fruits and vegetables (even cucumber's and apple's peels refluxes back as undigested on belching). I feel tired and lethargic all the time. I don't get to sleep enough. I get headaches very soon due to this. This condition has worsen from last 1 month. I have not consulted any doctor so far. I wanted an idea on whom to visit and which tests should I undergo for this. Kindly revert back asap.
