He is having pain in stomach, his stomach is getting tight and he hasn't gone for stool for almost three days because of which acidity is forming in stomach. At present i am having a medicine DULCOFLEX, should i use it?

Hello sir/madam my grandfather is suffering from stomach cancer Advanced level doctor told from operation to remove stomach. Doctor had also given 3 time chemotherapy so plz help me out do i have any other options

I have been suffering from indigestion, intestinal gas, acidity for last 10 years approximately. Also the tendency of going to bathroom several times day. I have tried many allopathic and ayurvedic medicines but nothing worked out permanently. Based on my research over internet I believe this is ulcerative colitis. I have pain in mid of stomach, when i eat anything than pain happened. After eating something the pain become more than i go to toilet after there pains get more. pain is happened till i take pain killer. After taking pain killer the pain reliefs appox in 3-4 hrs. I don't take food to much because i have hungry problem. I already checkup with doctors but not permanent treatment is going.

I feel stomach ache immediately after eating / drinking anything (may it be coffee or tea). Also feel stomach bloating for some time. Sir, the scan report say that There is mild probe tenderness in right iliac fossa. The appendix is mildly dilated(5mm). There are few enlarged lymph nodes seen in RIF. There is no e/o appendicular perforation. And the impression is : Features of subacute appendicitis. No kub calculi or hydronephrosis. Is surgery is required or be treated with medicine.
