Piles solution I need Which solution is better and how many months it will be cured I'm facing from 1year I can't facing this problem

Please go to a Surgeon ascertain the cause of Piles. Is it Piles or fissure. If piles you have to get Liver Function tests done. Let the decision be taken by a Surgeon after proper examination.
