Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello. My age is 25 and I suffer from a tremendous lower abdomen pain during periods. My genital area pains a lot, including my anus also. I can't sit properly or do anything. Recently I have observed that this pain is happening much before my periods. And I am writhing in pain. Tried painkiller once but it Didn't help hence I stopped it. Periods or no periods, this pain is very frequent. Sometimes it feels like something will burst out from my lower abdomen.

I am suffering with crohns disease ileum from long time. Can I effected by intestine cancer in future? I known that 8 years after effecting of this disease may chance to effect by intestine cancer.

Every week wife having gas related problem due to this she having severe headache problem she took more than 24 hour to recover from headache. While this she does lot of vomiting. And she feels weak. This happens every week or month.she feels restless due to this.

I m from Mumbai i m facing gas issues since very long time. whenever i eat something i face burping issue. also i m facing acidity issues. whenever i do exercises i feel my stomach is getting heated. i think due to this i m i m not able to gain weight. may i know why this is happening. and which doctor will be best to treat this. Thanks in advance

Doctor suggested for uterus removal for fibroids. Just found. But grown enough to remove. No other symptoms like bleeding, pain etc

The stomach fills with gas and this problem started recently. I consulted many doctors, but still I am facing the problem.

I am getting white stringy type tiisue and some spot of blood when stool passes for last few days .. I'm confused is this normal also I feeling bolted and gas is passing a lot ..

After taking food , continue burp with pain in upper left side of chest pain. Pain is day by day increasing.
